Luffy's Valentine (Part One) ~One Piece

I had fun doing this one! Please excuse my terrible hand writing and chibi drawings. I did a poll on our Monet page on which couple I would do for Valentines Day and Luffy x Meat won

This was suuuuuper rushed. And I ended up having 3 pages of this, which took me an even looonger time to make, thus the crappy drawings and color.
